The grand, 1,326-person capacity Master Theater is a hotspot for touring Russian pop acts young and old alike, as well as Russian theater and comedy troupes. The entertainment is performed exclusively in Russian these days, although posters for past performances by Ray Charles, Gloria Gaynor and Jackie Mason hang on the theater walls, hinting at a bilingual past.
