Magnet Theater

Magnet Theater is more than just your average improv and sketch comedy theater. While you can certainly see some very funny people take the stage, Magnet takes a lot of pride in its training program, where they mold and shape novice comedians. Opened by a handful of comedians who worked under the legendary Del Close in Chicago, Magnet has been churning out some of the City’s best improv since 2005. On any given night you can see a show here, and for budding artists there are classes in improv, musical improv and storytelling.
