Description
This world-class culinary school, formerly the French Culinary Institute, offers courses taught by master chefs from around the world, including Jacques Pépin, André Soltner, Jacques Torres and Marnie Old. The International Culinary Center’s six-month intensive program includes training in all of the culinary arts, as well as hands-on cooking experience at L’Ecole, their acclaimed restaurant.
