Dog and cat owners are welcome to bring in pets for everything from basic wellness care to advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures. And the Humane Society's Vladimir Horowitz and Wanda Toscanini Horowitz Adoption Center places more than 30,000 cats and dogs annually.
