Eight Jane
Description
This hole-in-the-wall takeout stall serves up Northern Chinese breakfast street foods. Most popular is the jianbing guozi, a thin, savory crepe made of mung bean flour, eggs, and fillings like Chinese sausage, pork floss or bao cui (a crunchy, deep-fried cracker). It’s folded up so you can eat it on the go. Just a few blocks from the Flushing-Main Street 7 train stop, Eight Jane is the perfect place for a daytime snack—except on Sundays, when it’s closed.
