Don’t walk too fast down Eighth Avenue in Midtown or you’ll miss this tiny theater, whose entrance is located directly next to a large NYC visitor center that tends to overshadow it. But some of the Off-Broadway productions that take place here have been big hits, including the popular Sex Tips for Straight Women from a Gay Man. With 147 seats and a location in the middle of the Theatre District, it’s a great place to catch a show or rent out for your own event.
