The legendary Delmonico’s Restaurant is a restaurant of firsts—first to be labeled “fine dining,” to use tablecloths and to offer printed menus—so it was a fitting host for the kickoff of our first-ever NYC Summer Tasting Series as part of NYC Restaurant Week®. Just on its heels was a tasting that took place at Michelin-starred Tribeca eatery Bâtard, followed by exclusive dinners at Buttermilk Channel and Maiella.
