Description
Gay bars can get pretty scene-y around Chelsea, but not XES. This bar is simply an unpretentious playground for anyone who likes cheap drinks, bad wigs and karaoke sing-alongs hosted by the fiercest of drag queens. There are Nintendo Wii games and bingo for the G-rated crowd, and weekly "best butt" contests for the PG-13 folks out there. The best time to hit XES is the spring and summer, when you can take advantage of the Gays Papaya backyard barbecues (serving hot dogs, of course) and two-for-one drinks on the excellent outdoor patio.
