This massive Viaduct Valley space offering views of the Henry Hudson Parkway and the Hudson River looks more like a nightclub than a restaurant—but don’t let the décor fool you. Beyond the three different bars, the sunken dining room and the loud music, Talay, which means “waterfront” in Thai, serves up some memorable (if a bit expensive) Thai-Latin fusion, from whole crispy red snapper to lemongrass-scented baby back ribs.
