What kind of people will you find huddled and quaffing booze along Ruby’s 45-foot long bar? Hipsters who’ve ventured to Coney Island for the day, locals who’ve been drinking there since it was opened in 1975 and freaks (and we mean that as a compliment) who are on break from the circus sideshow down the street. The point is that everyone is welcome at this boardwalk bar, where beer is served in plastic cups and consumed on plastic chairs, and every hour is happy hour.
