Otto’s Shrunken Head is a little bit tiki and a little bit rock ’n’ roll (and rockabilly, comedy, burlesque and a host of other categories when it comes to the nightly live entertainment). The divey institution will make you feel like you’re on spring break with its strong, sugary drinks and kitschy decor. You can even buy a funky totem mug (most $7; the signature one bearing the bar’s name, $30). Had one too many? Head into the bar’s photo booth so you’ll have some recollection of the night.
