This relaxed neighborhood spot—owned by Hurt Locker actor Anthony Mackie, a New Orleans native (thus the "No" in NoBar)—has plenty of entertainment in the evenings (live music, DJs, karaoke and quiz nights) and a signature cocktail menu. Plus, NoBar serves a Cajun-inspired menu based on Mackie's own recipes, including weekend brunch, which runs along the lines of croissant French toast with bourbon caramel sauce and andouille sausage.
