Make your way through the lobby of the Hotel 3232 to find this semi-secret bar tucked behind an unmarked door. The secluded 30-seat space feels exclusive; a brass chandelier, black leather seating and red walls amp up the glamour. Cocktails are categorized (and inspired) by the elements: air, water, earth and fire. A drink with aquavit, brandy, honeydew and lime, for example, goes under the “Water” section. The food menu offers several izakaya-style snacks like uni toast, oysters and karaage chicken.
