Henry is a seasonal cocktail bar and lounge at Hudson with an inventive and experimental mixology program overseen by creative director and world-renowned mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana, known throughout Britain as "the Heston Blumenthal of cocktailing" and "twice UK bartender of the year." Henry's groundbreaking cocktails will be presented using classic, elegant service and served and created using innovative techniques. The bar remains true to the hotel's youthful feel with a high-energy atmosphere featuring both live jazz performances and regular appearances by resident DJs Paul Sevigny, Harley Viera-Newton and Vikas.
