Don't be surprised if you find yourself rubbing sticky elbows with hoofers from Japan, Italy, Germany or France—Cache has become the place to go for anyone who wishes they were on Dancing with the Stars. And don't worry if your grooves aren't up to snuff—on many nights, there's a free salsa lesson at 10:30pm.
