The bar, occupying the 10th floor of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, is framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with views of Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Just as easy on the eyes: a well-edited list of bubbly by the glass and a menu of cocktails by Albert Trummer (the mastermind behind Apotheke). Drinks, sorted by spirit, incorporate fresh ingredients like organic raspberries in the yuzu- and lavender-infused gin-based Yuzuphoria or red grapefruit and sugarcane in the Camperotti.
