This posh bar near the Lincoln Tunnel is located above the restaurant Legacy Records, serving innovative drinks and on-tap offerings from master mixologist Jeff Bell, formerly of downtown’s PDT, with a wine list curated by the 2016 World’s Best Sommelier winner Arvid Rosengren. The space itself has Art Deco vibes featuring checkered floors and green-tufted banquettes, with murals and artwork by artists Chris Lux and Rico Gatson. Chef Ryan Hardy provides an Italian-inspired bar menu, with bites like a burger with black truffle and mozzarella.
