Description
Calico gallery owner and director Scott Chasse opened up shop in 2012 after relocating from Boston, where he helmed another vital artist space named the Distillery. This gallery, located inside the historical Greenpoint Terminal Building, features works in a diverse array of media—from paintings to screen printing to sculpture—showcasing local and national artists. In the back room there’s also a wood shop where Chasse, an adept carpenter, builds unique pieces, often for fellow artists.
